An idea was born. After years of thinking of creating her own business

Malisa Swan finally came up with one. A Cupcakery! Yes, that was the

answer! Offering a wide range of gourmet cupcakes to choose from. Over

the course of a few years planning recipes. She started a home bakery in

2009. Now together the family have created Bermuda Cupcake Company Snowball Shack 

a one -of - a kind venture aimed at making your day unique and special.

 

 

Bermuda Cupcake Company Snowball Shack is family owned and operated. We're locally

grown and we partner with other locally grown businesses. We love the

adventure. We learn something new every day and I'm a firm believer that

when we stop learning, we'll stop growing.

 

Bermuda Cupcake Company Snowball Shack was born from love of making people smile.

Since Malisa was little, she loved to watch her Nana Alice Richardson

bake homemade delicious cupcakes from scratch. She used to stand.

beside her and lick the bowl and spoon clean once she was finished filling

the cupcake trays. Malisa never got her Nana's recipes, but she surely watched everything her Nana put in and created her own. Malisa loved creating recipes and sharing her ideas and experiments with anyone who would try. Today, Malisa still loves that process! We experiment in the kitchen constantly.

 

Bermuda Cupcake Company Snowball Shack was once Bermuda's only full dessert Trailer. Operated daily at 19 Palmetto Road, Pembroke, HM16, Bermuda with an ever-changing menu. You can find a selection of assorted treats and have your freshly baked gourmet treats delivered at your door at home or in the office. Bermuda Cupcake Company Snowball Shack has grown into one of the most popular and trusted cupcakery/ dessert makers providing Gourmet Cupcakes, Cakes, Cookies and much more treats for events small and large. Bermuda Cupcake Company Snowball Shack offers over 15 flavors of cupcakes, with new flavors created and added to the menu daily.
