• Good knowledge of different types of pastry, desserts, cake decorating

• Ability to work a variety of shifts including weekends, days, afternoons and evenings and On - Call

• Must be Neat in appearance

• Must present a background check

Job Summary The successful applicant must be able to bake an assortment of cakes, cupcakes and pastries in additional to other sweets. High level Experience in the decoration of cakes and cupcakes is a requirement.

​

Key Duties and Responsibilities Production of the required pastries products as assigned by the senior bakers and the bakery supervisor. These include, but not limited to; our bread, rolls, assorted cakes and pastry production. Developing the necessary skills to ensure products adhere to Bermuda

​

Minimum Qualifications and Experience Associates Degree with minimum 5 Years experience in a similar position.
